MBSR (Mindfulness based stress reduction) – 8 weeks

Are you feeling that you have too little time? Do you feel stressed? Having trouble sleeping?

This course is built on science research and is for you who wants to try mindfulness to improve your life quality and get a more balanced life. By regularly train in mindfulness, it has been shown to help decrease pain, headaches, sleep problems, stress, anxiety and high blood pressure.

During these 8 weeks you will get to learn many exercises that you can use in your day-to-day life. You will also get to know more about the history of mindfulness, attitudes och also have the opportunity to work with your self-esteem and self-awareness in a deeper level.

  • Deal with your thoughts and your sleep

Taking this course also gives you a compendium in a pdf-format with theory, exercises and tasks. Between the lectures you are given exercises to do on your own. So be prepared to spend about 30 min a day to do the exercises.

The lectures will be held through GoToMeeting. Where you will be able to see and hear me live. You will be able to ask questions, discuss and reflect together with me through either a mic or by typing. It is okay to be totally anonymous during the lectures.
